FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Raleigh, NC - September 1, 2006: Dignus, LLC announces major architectural enhancements in Release 1.85.
The Systems/C and Systems/C++ compiler products provides flexible development environment for IBM zSeries® and System/390® processors. Version 1.85 of Systems/C and Systems/C++ now enhances its cutting-edge code-generation technologies and continues to improve the Systems/C runtime environment and utilities. These architecture enhancements have shown dramatic performance improvements through the use of MitrePasse® and set the path for new future integrated products. Some key customers are reporting a 20% or greater improvement in run-time performance over previous releases.
The new Dignus XPLink implementation enables performance improvements for call-intensive C and C++ applications typical of the newer workloads being seen on OS/390 and z/OS. These changes allow for faster detection of stack overflow, faster saving of registers and other key improvements.
Finally, the Systems/C and Systems/C++ 1.85 Cross-compiler products for Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP, AIX and Free BSD incorporate the same enhancements and features that are provided with Systems/C and Systems/C++ 1.85 for z/OS.
This announcement reinforces the Dignus commitment to bringing innovation to our existing C and C++ compiler technology for zSeries Architecture running z/OS, z/VM and z/Linux.
